Spelling your name using the key below, repeat the appropriate exercises for ten minutes. Both partners do one name for the first ten minutes, then switch to the other partners name. Eg. Kate: 10 x Jumping Squats,10 x Burpee Lie Downs, 10 x Knee Up Lunges, 10 x Press Ups repeated for 10 minutes.
