Wall Sit Challenge

Don’t forget to warm up, warm down and stretch.

Do a Wall Sit together, encouraging each other along, until one person stops. Then do the following exercises, working for 45 seconds with a 15 second break before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat the Wall Sit to failure, followed by the list of exercises for 3 to 4 rounds!
