Ensure you are all ready warmed up and ready to go! Stretch when you have finished.

 

Do each of the following exercises for 45 seconds with a 15 second break before moving on to the next. Repeat the set of exercises 3 times before completing the finisher.

  1. Burpee Lie Downs
  2. Sit Ups
  3. Tricep Dips

Finish with a 1 minute Prone Hold
