8 Week Fitness Plan

You can either choose your own DediKate workouts or follow this plan! The aim is to exercise 4x per week. If you decide to do more, ensure you have at least 1 rest day.

There will be interactive and motivating fitness testing Live in the Kate Ivey Fitness Support Group on Monday 21st October at 7.30pm. Retesting will take place again in Week 4 and Week 8 – exact date to be confirmed.

Week 1 (21st Oct – 27th Oct)

  • Fitness Testing
  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 2x Power Sessions
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 2 (28th Oct – 3rd Nov)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 3 (4th Nov – 10th Nov)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 4 (11th Nov – 17th Nov)

Week 5 (18th Nov – 24th Nov)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 6 (25th Nov – 1st Dec)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 7 (2nd Dec – 8th Dec)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 8 (9th Dec – 15th Dec)

Each week also check that you are doing the following. If not, look at how you can improve:

  • Getting enough sleep and rest
  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Eating regularly (5-7x per day)
  • Eating a range and balance of healthy and nourishing foods
  • Having fun and do things that you love
