9 Week Fitness Planner

You can either choose your own DediKate workouts or follow this plan! The aim is to exercise 4x per week. If you decide to do more, ensure you have at least 1 rest day.

Week 1 (6th May – 12th May)

Week 2 (13th May – 19th May)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 3 (20th May – 26th May)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 4 (27th May – 2nd June)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 5 (3rd June – 9th June)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 6 (10th June – 16th June)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 7 (17th June – 23rd June)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Resist-Ded
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 8 (24th June – 30th June)

  • 1x Sculpt It Session
  • 1x Power Session
  • 1x Boot Camp Blast
  • 1x Exercise Session of your choice

Week 9 (1st July – 7th July)

Each week also check that you are doing the following. If not, look at how you can improve:

  • Getting enough sleep and rest
  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Eating regularly (5-7x per day)
  • Eating a range and balance of healthy and nourishing foods
  • Having fun and do things that you love

Grand Prize: Send in your 9 week DediKated Challenge story and photo to kate@kateiveyfitness.co.nz by Friday 19th July to go in the draw to win a visit from Kate! Kate will come to your home town or city and take you and 3 friends for a workout, for some pampering and out for lunch!
