Welcome to DediKate Calmé, 10-20 min stretching and relaxation sessions. These are designed to do on rest days, when you need to unwind, when your mind and body wants some go-slow. They will help to increase your flexibility, decrease stress and anxiety and will provide reprieve for tired or sore muscles.
