  • 1 set of dumbbells 1-3kgs
  • 1 set of dumbbells 4-8kgs

Fitness Testing: 

Do this at the start of the challenge and at the end.

This will enable you to measure your improvements in strength. You will count how many you can do of each of the following, ensure you record weight of your dumbbell/s too. There is space on the PDF training plan to record this information. Ensure you do your testing before a workout, so that your muscles aren’t fatigued.

  • Squats or Jumping Squats
  • Shoulder Press
  • Ab twists
  • Bicep Curls
