HIIT for Fit

HIIT for Fit is an 8-week challenge packed full of pump – with lots of variety to keep you motivated, keep your body guessing, and get you results! We’ve designed a fun HIIT schedule that will allow you to smash out a series of 20- 30 minute workouts, four times a week, and give you something to focus on to achieve your fitness goals at home.

The training plan includes Power Sessions, Boot Camp or Resist-Ded and Ignite. Ignite is HIIT with weights! Follow the training plan below to get moving and get motivated. Smash it!

Have you registered? Make sure you register at www.kateiveyfitness.co.nz/hiitforfit

All you need is:

  • Your own body weight for the Power Sessions
  • Household items for Boot Camp Blast
  • 2 Sets of Dumbbells* for the Ignite Workout

*If you don’t have these you can use cans, or sub Ignite for one of the other workouts
