Power Sessions screen LIVE at 9am on Tuesdays and 10am on Thursdays under Live Stream, and the Video Replays will appear on this page shortly afterwards. Power sessions are designed to be short but of a high intensity. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time, to get results without having to slave away for hours!
Power Sessions usually take 20 minutes and no equipment is needed. Do at least two Power Sessions per week (or sub for Boot Camp or Speed Sessions).
