Power sessions are designed to be short but of a high intensity. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time, to get results without having to slave away for hours!

Power Sessions usually take 20 minutes and no equipment is needed. Do at least two Power Sessions per week. Download a HIIT timer on your phone or tablet so that you don’t have to keep checking the clock.

These are the self led Power Sessions (Click Here for Live). Ensure you look through all the exercises before you start so you can get familiar with what they are. If you are new to this, it might take a bit of time to get familiar with the exercises but you will soon get to know them!
